It is the customer's responsibility to courier the faulty unit to one of PureWave's independent assessment centres. The centre will then inspect the unit and determine whether the fault is a manufacturer fault or a user fault. At present, most user faults are due to dropping the unit or moisture damage. Manufacturer Faults: Repaired or replaced with a new unit (between 3-6 working days of receipt). User Faults: If repairable, a quote for the repair will be provided (within 3 working days).
